Team kit: embroidered polos, caps and fleece with your logo and names

The team kit is one logo on polos, caps and fleece, with each member's name on the right chest, quoted per piece from twelve pieces. Send artwork and a roster; you approve a stitch-out proof before we run anything.

A team kit is three garments and one logo. The logo goes on the left chest of the polo and the fleece, and on the front panel of the cap. Names go on the right chest in a matching font and thread. Each member can take any mix of the three. The per-piece price steps down at 12, 24, 48 and 96.

Send the logo as a vector file if you have one, and the roster as a list. We digitize the logo once, check every name back against the roster, and keep both on record so the next season's additions match the first.

Built for a club, league team, school group or crew that needs one logo on three garments, with names, by a fixed date.

Garments and placements
  • Polo: logo left chest, name right chest
  • Cap: logo front panel
  • Quarter-zip fleece: logo left chest, name right chest
Services in the kit
  • Custom embroidery: Your logo stitched on polos, caps, fleece, workwear and bags, placed the same on every size.
  • Digitizing: Your artwork converted once into a stitch file, proofed on a swatch, kept on record.
  • Names and numbers: A name on the right chest, a number on the sleeve, matched to the team logo.
Minimum
  • 12 pieces across the kit, any mix of garments and sizes

This is what the kit contains, not a client list, and there are no reviews on this page; customer pieces appear on the sample pieces with permission as they ship.

The garments

Standard placements, confirmed on your proof. Fleece uses the same placements as the polo.

Studio renders with a "YOUR LOGO" placeholder, not customer pieces. The placement diagram shows the usual starting sizes; the stitch-out proof confirms them on your garment.

Process

Artwork, digitize, proof, run

  1. Laptop showing a simple placeholder logo open in embroidery digitising software, the first step of the process: send artwork
Rendered example: your artwork in the digitising software.

    Artwork

Send a vector file if you have one; a clean PNG or JPG works for most logos. We say if a design will not embroider well and suggest a fix.

  2. Monitor showing embroidery digitizing software with a placeholder logo drawn as satin stitch paths and underlay, rust and navy thread cones beside it
Rendered example: artwork converted into a stitch file.

    Digitize

We convert the artwork into a stitch file once, choosing underlay and density for the fabric. Reorders reuse it at no charge.

  3. A stitched-out sample of the placeholder logo on navy fabric beside the printed artwork and a tape measure, the stitch-out proof step
Rendered example: the stitch-out proof next to the artwork.

    Stitch-out proof photo

The design is stitched on a swatch of the actual fabric and you get a photo to approve before a single garment is touched.

  4. Navy polo hooped on a commercial embroidery machine with rust thread loaded, the stitching step of the process
Rendered example: a polo hooped on the machine.

    Run

Every piece is checked against the proof. Stitch file and thread colors stay on record, so a reorder is a one-line e-mail.

Step photos are rendered examples of the process, not customer orders.

Questions

Before you ask for a quote

What garments are in the team kit?

Polos, caps and quarter-zip fleece from our catalog, or garments you supply. Hoodies, work shirts and beanies can be added at the same logo.

Can some pieces have names and others not?

Yes. Names are priced per placement, so add them to the polos and leave them off the caps, or any other mix.

What is the minimum?

Twelve pieces across the kit, in any mix of garments and sizes. Names count as a placement, not as a piece.

How do you get the names right?

Send the roster as a list, one name per line, spelled as it should appear. We check every name back against it before the run, and you see the list on the proof.

How long does a team kit take?

We plan two to three weeks from proof approval. If you have a season start or tournament date, say so and we quote against it.

What happens when a new player joins mid-season?

Send the name and sizes. The stitch file and thread colors are on record, so the add-on matches and there is no new digitizing fee.
